1. Reservation Deposits
Refundable Nature: The initial reservation deposit is non-refundable.Exceptional
Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, subject to review by our management
2. Event Cancellations
Notice Period: In the event of cancellation, no partial refund will be honoured. Instead, we offer the option to rebook for another day.
Please note that last-minute cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to our rebooking policy.
3. Refund Process
Initiation: Refund requests must be submitted in writing, detailing the reasons for the request.
Review: Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
4. Rescheduling
Flexibility: We understand that circumstances may change. In cases of rescheduling, we will work with you to accommodate the new date.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be held to cover potential damages, refundable post-event upon satisfactory inspection.
