Welcome to IKON Event Space. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our venue for events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other functions.

1. Booking and Reservations:

• 1.1 Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• 1.2 Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
• 1.3 Balance Payment: Full payment must be made 14 days before the event date.

2. Event Guidelines:

• 2.1 Responsible Conduct: Events must be conducted in a manner respectful of the venue and its surroundings.
• 2.2 Capacity Limits: Adhere to the specified capacity limits determined by fire and safety regulations.
• 2.3 Compliance: Clients are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

• 3.1 Cancellation Policy: Refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
• 3.2 Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond control, refer to the force majeure clause in our refund policy.

4. Damages and Liability:

• 4.1 Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damages caused during the event.
• 4.2 Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages, refundable post-event upon satisfactory inspection.

5. Vendor Arrangements:

• 5.1 Third-Party Services: Clients are welcome to bring external vendors. However, we reserve the right to approve or disapprove specific services.
• 5.2 Vendor Liability: External vendors are responsible for their services and must comply with venue rules.

6. Venue Access:

• 6.1 Timely Departure: Events must conclude at the agreed-upon time, and the premises must be vacated promptly.
• 6.2 After-Hours Access: Additional charges may apply for events extending beyond agreed-upon hours.

7. Photography and Media:

• 7.1 Consent: Clients grant IKON Event Space the right to use event photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
• 7.2 Professional Services: Clients may hire external photographers, subject to approval and compliance with venue policies.

8. Amendments to Terms:

• 8.1 Updates: IKON Event Space reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.
